| 目的 为解决医院传统门诊就诊中患者寻路路线复杂、等待时间久、引导效率低等问题,构建实时导航智能体系统,并评价其在医院门诊流程优化中的应用效果。方法 构建基于图论算法、机器学习技术的智慧导航系统,通过国家卫生健康委2023年全国三级公立医院绩效监测数据对比系统使用前后的候诊时长、医生护士非诊治相关劳动强度等指标差异;依托“导航+无感支付”联动模式,搭建三维评估体系,全面评价系统应用成效。结果 此系统提高了患者就诊效率,优化门诊资源配置,并可大幅缓解医务人员非治疗工作压力,提升门诊患者就诊体验。结论 实时导航智能体可以提高门急诊服务质量和患者的就诊满意度,本研究为智慧医院建设提供可复制、可推广的实践路径。 |

| Objective To address issues such as complex traditional outpatient process paths, long waiting times, and low guidance efficiency in hospitals, a real-time navigation intelligent agent system was constructed and its application effect in optimizing hospital outpatient processes was evaluated. Methods A smart navigation system based on graph theory algorithms and machine learning technology was constructed. By comparing the waiting time and non-diagnostic labor intensity of doctors and nurses before and after the system was used, using the performance monitoring data of tertiary public hospitals nationwide in 2023 from the National Health Commission; relying on the "navigation + seamless payment" linkage model, a three-dimensional evaluation system was established to comprehensively evaluate the overall effectiveness of the system application. Results This system reduced patients' waiting time, significantly alleviated the non-treatment work pressure on medical staff, promoted the rational allocation of medical resources, saved operating costs, and improved the outpatient experience. Conclusion Real-time navigation intelligent agents can improve the quality of outpatient and emergency services and patient satisfaction. This study provides a reproducible and scalable practical path for the construction of smart hospitals. |
