| 目的 医院信息项目建设中存在知识存储分散、知识共享困难、协作效率低下等问题,难以进行知识的应用和创新,因此本研究旨在探索一种提升知识管理的做法。方法 本研究结合知识管理理论,在某医院信息系统升级改造项目中构建并应用知识管理平台。结果 本研究构建了一个以医院信息化业务为核心的包含项目立项、方案设计、建设实施、风险控制、经验复用等的知识分类体系,通过分析,知识管理平台的访问率和知识复用率均有所提升,文档检索平均时长缩短约95%。结论 知识管理平台在医院信息化建设项目中的应用有助于标准化文档管理、优化知识共享流程、提高工作效率。未来研究可进一步结合人工智能大模型优化知识推荐功能,提高知识管理的智能化水平。 |

| Objective There exist issues such as fragmented knowledge storage, difficulties in knowledge sharing, and low collaboration efficiency in actual hospital information system construction projects, which hinder the application and innovation of knowledge. Therefore, this study aims to explore the management model of hospital information construction projects based on a knowledge management platform. Methods This study integrates knowledge management theory and constructs and applies a knowledge management platform in the upgrade and renovation project of a hospital information system. Results This research has developed a knowledge classification system centered on hospital informatization business, encompassing project initiation, solution design, implementation, risk control, and experience reuse. Analysis showed that the platform access rate and knowledge reuse rate increased significantly, while the average document retrieval time decreased by approximately 95%. Conclusions The application of the knowledge management platform in hospital information construction projects helps to standardize document management, optimize knowledge sharing processes, and improve work efficiency. Future research can further combine artificial intelligence large models to enhance knowledge recommendation functions and elevate the intelligent level of knowledge management. |
