| 目的 公立医院高质量发展背景下，基于智慧医院信息化技术建设人才成果一体化平台，实现医院人才成果信息整合及共享。
方法 从医院临床与管理需求出发，以现存科研管理痛点为导向，通过医院成果信息库、人才信息库、人才成果管理、人才成果统计分析四大模块，建设集人才成果管理与数据统计分析一体化的信息平台。
结果 有效解决当前医院成果类型多样、成果来源分散和成果数据不互通的弊端，打破信息孤岛，形成多来源成果回溯，实现人才与成果一体化管理及信息资源利用。
结论 通过人才成果库建设，促进医院人才与科研成果的整合共享，实现院内人员与学术成果管理的高效融合，并为医院科研及整体水平高质量发展提供科学决策依据与数据支撑。 |

| Objective Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals, an integrated platform of talent achievements is built based on smart hospital information technology to realize the integration and sharing of hospital talent achievements information.
Methods Starting from the clinical and management needs of hospitals, and guided by the existing pain points of scientific research management, an information platform integrating talent achievements management and data statistical analysis is built through four modules: hospital achievements information database, talent information database, talent achievements management and talent achievements statistical analysis.
Results It effectively solves the disadvantages of various types of hospital results, scattered sources of results and non-communication of results data, breaks information silos, forms multi-source results backtracking, and realizes the integrated management of talents and results and the utilization of information resources.
Conclusions By the construction of talent achievements database, it promotes the integration and sharing of hospital talents and scientific research achievements, realizes the efficient integration of hospital personnel and academic achievement management, and provides scientific decision-making basis and data support for the high-quality development of hospital. |
