目的 了解系统运行前后的满意度情况,掌握不同岗位科研人员的功能需求和系统存在的主要问题,提出完善建议,为其他医院科研实验室管理和信息系统建设提供借鉴。方法 采用随机抽样的方法对南京某研究型医院的各类科研人员开展问卷调查,运用描述性统计、方差分析、配对t检验、χ2检验、单因素分析和logistic回归分析对数据进行分析。结果 系统运行前后科研人员的满意度存在差异,运行后的整体满意度为80.67%,学生在耗材申领功能上的满意度与其他人员存在差异,公共科研平台技术人员对人脸识别和危化品管理功能的需求较高,系统故障问题的发生与工作年限和培训状态呈负相关。结论 当前系统运行情况良好,但在技术保障、审批规则、功能模块上需要进一步优化完善,不断提升用户体验和实验室管理能力。 |

Objective To understand the satisfaction of the system before and after operation, master the functional requirements of researchers in different positions and the main problems existing in the system, and put forward suggestions for improvement, so as to provide reference for the management of scientific research laboratories and the construction of information systems in other hospitals. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 156 researchers in a laboratory of a research hospital in Nanjing by random sampling. Descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, paired T-test, chi square test, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results There is a difference in the satisfaction of researchers before and after the system runs, with an overall satisfaction rate of 80.67%. The satisfaction of students in the consumables application function was different from that of other personnel. The technical staff of the public scientific research platform had a high demand for the functions of face recognition and hazardous chemicals management. The occurrence of system failure is negatively correlated with working years and training status. Conclusion The current system is running well, but it needs to be further optimized and improved in terms of technical support, approval rules, and functional modules to continuously improve the user experience and laboratory management capabilities. |
