| 目的探索开展基于区域卫生信息平台的区域医疗协同服务，了解其影响因素。方法通过统一标准、转变会诊模式等技术手段和建立激励、约束机制等管理措施来实现区域协同服务。结果影响区域医疗协同服务的原因既有卫生信息化基础薄弱等技术原因，也存在利益驱动、责任和风险承担等管理层面的因素。结论通过上述技术手段的应用、管理机制的建立可以逐步解决双向转诊不畅、检查检验结果互认难等问题。 |

| Objective To exploration the regional health collaborative services based on the regional health information platform and understand the influencing factors. Methods By the technical ways that unify the health information standard and transform the consultation mode and management measures such as establish the incentive and constraint mechanism to realize the regional collaborative services. Results On the one hand, there are the technical reasons which Influenced the regional health collaborative services such as health information infrastructure was instability,on the another hand, the management factors such as profit-driven, responsibility and risk factors are also the reasons. Conclusion By the application of the technology ways and establish the management mechanism can solve the problems such as poor dual referral, the check and the inspection results are difficult to be identified each other gradually. |
