      随着各级新农合信息化建设的快速发展，统一新农合数据编码标准越来越重要。数据编码标准是新农合数据资源共享的基础，也是实现业务协同的前提条件。本文重点梳理了新农合数据编码标准的建设和应用情况，简要分析了数据编码标准改造与统一过程中存在的主要问题，提出了加强新农合数据编码标准建设的相关建议。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of the new rural cooperative medical informatization construction, the unified new rural cooperative data encoding standard becomes more and more important. Data encoding standard is the basis of sharing of the new rural cooperative data resources, and it is also a prerequisite to achieve business collaboration. In this paper, the construction and application situation of new rural cooperative medical data encoding standard, was analyzed with emphasis, the main problems in the transformation and unification process of data encoding standards were discussed briefly, and several relevant recommendations were presented in order to strengthen encoding standard application of the new rural cooperative data.
